FieldView Directory Defaults

I would like to have FieldView default to my current working directory when browsing for Data Input files, restarts, etc., but the last used directory seems to be the default. Can this be changed?

Some users prefer the current working directory to be the default, so we have made this possible by allowing you to set the environment variable

FV_OLD_BROWSER_BEHAVIOR=1

In addition, when working with Server Configuration (.srv) files for remote client-server, you can add the field:

StartDirectory: <path>

or

StartDirectory: CWD

The latter setting will inherit your FieldView Client’s directory path, if found on the server
